i liked the friendly staff and the secure parking. i also found the hotel very clean and well-kept. the staff helped find my champagne flutes i had mistakenly left in my room which i really appreciated.

the shower in my compact double room drained slowly. i had a stop start shower which was not ideal. also there is no lift in the hotel which was inconvenient.

The staff were friendly and helpful. i appreciated the illuminated bathroom mirrors, ideal for makeup application. they delivered biscuits to me within a minute after i alerted them via the qr code. My sugar dropped very low after a shower. the hotel is a real gem set in a beautiful historical town.

i stayed in the privilege room. it includes a nespresso coffee machine and free bathroom amenities, there was also comfortable air conditioning that was controllable, ensuring a personalized room climate and i could see an illuminated bathroom mirror.

i stayed one night and wanted to stay longer. reception staffs was very friendly and cute. my room was 225 and superb. the room was spotlessly clean and cheerfully decorated.

the pillows are bad, and the shower provide a trickle.
